  • Once you download all the boxes and leave only Gmail, click on ‘Next step’.
  • In delivery method you select the one that best suits your preferences. Similarly, ‘Add to Drive’ is recommended.
  • Where it says ‘Frequency’ you choose the option to ‘Export 1 time’.
